Q.

my 6th month of pregnancy has started but my weight has increased by 2 kgs only. is it ok or i should focus on increasing my weight?

A. Hi do not worry about the weight. focus on having a nutritious diet . eat healthy home cooked foods. take lof of green vegetables, fruits except papaya, pineapple, salads, sprouts, milk, paneer egg Buttermilk, pulses Avoid fried, junk, sugary foods.

A. hello thats ok.. if the growth of your baby is normal on the womb it is absolutely nothing to worry and ususally the baby will be able to gain more during the later months which is absolutely normal and nothing to worry just have a healthy and nutritious food in the diet
