add more variety, colourful fruits and vegetables
beetroot paratha, mung or vegetables toastie, egg sandwich or paneer sandwiches
add custard, rice curd, kheer etc

7am a cup of milk
9am break fast as poha chila upma suji halwa uthapam cornflakes chocos..
11am any fruit as papaya pear sapota apple
1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji..
4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikki
7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti.. stuffed paratha..
10pm a cup of milk..
give natural appetizer as coconut water ajwain water or jeera water..
