ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. hello mam you can give anything to your baby but make sure you start in moderation and little quantity. try to give more of liquids and smoothies to your baby .

give soft diet like khichdi, rice,curd rice,dal rice , mix veg soup,ragi porridge, makhana porridge, suji kheer , fruits in puree or well mashed form etc
