#asktheexpert my son was low birth weight baby. weighed 2.2 kg at birth. ..currently 5.1kg at three and a half months...how long will it take for him to come under ideal weight range according to the age?

Author of questionGuardian of a 2 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. thank you for the response...i know his weight has good improvement...but according to WHO and IAP chart he is underweight. only my concern is for gim to come under ideal range

Your child has gained 2900 g in three months what else do you expect your child to gain your child is having a extremely healthy weight gain as for the birth weight so this is going very good I think you are having some misconception that you feel that your child is underweight
