#AskTheExpert my son Shaurya is 23 month old. His not gain health. He eat eat everything but I think that he has bugs in his tommy. I don't know I am right or wrong. I attach a pic of his tommy his naval is outward and tommy is also growing outward Please guide me.

Little tummy is out in babies. So no need to worry. It will be fine as baby grows up.
Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, avocado, sweet potato etc in ur baby's diet for weight.
If having worms in stomach then get the medicine by consulting ur doctor
