ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4 years old and his skin is very dry so don’t use harsh soap like dettol and use Daffy soap and apply good moisturiser like baby hug daily

A. Use Mamaearth baby lotion for Extra dry skin...it's really good and effective. it's toxin free. I like it.
