#AsktheExpert - My son is suffering from thyroid from 2 years and he is taking thyroxine 12.5 mg since then. Will his thyroid stay forever.? He has to take medicine lifetime?

A. not always.keep. trackon..To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis
