#AskTheExpert My son is pooping in standing position with diaper.. he is refusing to sit if I insist... what shall I do..

A. Our child is 3 yrs 10 months. We are having a similar issue. Our child poops only in standing position in his underwear and refuses and cries to sit on any potty seat / potty chair / other alternative. Since he was 2 years, we have been patiently and consistently trying this with him in an encouraging manner, but no luck yet. Would be very grateful if you could share ideas / methods that worked in your child's case.

A. it is very important to make a habit and by regular positive feedback only you will be have able to decrease the habit of the child. . . . .
