#asktheexpert My son is now 10 month old. still he has not grown any teeth. its matter of concern or not.

A. Hi babies usually start getting their first milk teeth from 6 months..and this process may be sometimes late and can take place upto the age of 18 months.. so wait for some more time and meanwhile keep checking for the signs of teething.

A. Teething in babies happens between 4 and 15 months of age. Delayed or late teething is normal these days and not a cause for concern until your baby is 15 months old. If the delay is longer than 18 months, you should consult a pediatric dentist.
