Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitdamin with lysinfe like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

so offer food as per your child Needs.
but if a child is rejecting food suddenly , you need to check health issues like indigestion, constipation ,worm Infection , nutritional deficiencies etc
