#AskTheExpert my son is mostly suffered from common cold frequently , i always give him sinarest , but not get good results what other options available .?

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold In vfhiral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. Hi mom U can give maxtra syrup for cold and cough. Give steam inhalation two three times a day and apply babyhug rapid relief roll on or vicks babyrub on the chest and feet sole to get relief from cough and cold
