A. this pattern can be seen due to fungal infection in the oral cavity of the child. many times it may be associated with either bottle feeding or usage of antibiotics in children. it is important tdo differentiate between stuck milk inside the oral cavity and the fungal infection that is also known as oral thrush. meet your doctor for examination of the child and treatment
