#asktheexpert my son is about to 1 year , but still we are waiting for teeth

A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind fhof infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of xage you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

A. Teething in babies happens between 4 and 15 months of age. Delayed or late teething is normal these days and not a cause for concern until your baby is 15 months old. If the delay is longer than 18 months, you should consult a pediatric dentist.
