#AskTheExpert My son is 4 months old. are pacifiers harmful for such small children? and do they affect the teething process?

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi no they are not harmful if used for short duration.. don't let it become a habit.. if you're seeing signs of teething then gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process
