Q.

#AskTheExpert my son is 3 yrs 3 months old.. his hemoglobin count is 8.3 which is very low.. what can i do to improve..

A. baby is not three years and three months old baby hemoglobin is very low for the age it is not a good sign you have to give good supplement start with syrup orofer XT 5 ml in a day also give good protein

A. Hi dear mom. To improve the haemoglobin level give food that is rich in iron like apple, Banana, guava, brinjal, spinach, tomatoes, jaggery, pomergrate etc. Also consult with your doctor for the iron supplements. Take care
