#AskTheExpert my son is 3 years old and his teeth is being damaged.how can we protect his teeth ?? although he cannot use much chocolates ,chips and junk food ,pls guide

A. Hi maintain a habit of brushing your kid's teeth twice daily using small head soft bristles toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of fluoridated kid's toothpaste. consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination

A. hi it happens because of nutritional deficiencies too so first ,give Healthy diet avoid giving sticky,cold and sugary food items. brush your child teeth twice in a day use soft bristled brush like Babyhug brand brush
