Q.

#AskTheExpert My son is 2 year 9 month old.. His portion of food is very small like 1 year old.. He refuse to eat.. He don't interact with food he don't show interest to eat.. How I should increase his appetite?

A. I find it helpful.. Thank you for the response.. But my son don't eat dry fruits and fruits.. Wat should I do to make him eat fruits?

A. You can give everything that you normally have. Let it be less oily and also let it less spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday. include few nuts everyday. You can start giving all family foods. Everything that you have can be given to baby with less spice and less oil. Avoid snacks and other junks and replace with fruits and nuts. Breakfast - idli, dosa, pongal, oats, chapati, upma, Lunch - any rice with dal, veggie rice, Khicidi, eggs and non veg if your baby eats. snacks - finger foods,carrot, apple, banana, nuts milkshake, juices, banana, potato, puffed rice, poha, Dinner, idli, dosa, rice, mixed veg paratha, Khicidi, dal rice, rasam rice, milk rice
