#AskTheExpert my son is 2 months old.. most of the time he doesn't t burp. but I keep him in upright position and will not put him to bed until 30 mins. is it ok for the baby not to burp even after not putting him to bed for 30 mins .. i keep him upright position .. I keep him horizontal and also try to burp him . how shall I know that he is full .

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear it is fine if baby does not burp as keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce vomit. Burp in sitting position better than on shoulder
