#asktheexpert my son is 2.8 years old and his weight is 13.5 kg and height is 94cms. Is his growth is appropriate for age or not?? please suggest good health drink to mix in milk for his eveng milk routine.

A. Hello mom the child is well enough , remember that a little varation is acceptable as far as the child is active for his age and also eating a healthy and well balanced diet, their is no much restrictions as such
