#AskTheExpert Hi my Daughter is 3.8 years old and her height is 94 cm and weight is 13 kg..Is this good growth or how we can increase her height?

A. Hi dear good morning You can give everything that you normally have. Let it be less oily and also let it less spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday. include few nuts everyday. You can start giving all family foods. Everything that you have can be given to baby with less spice and less oil. Avoid snacks and other junks and replace with fruits and nuts. Breakfast - idli, dosa, pongal, oats, chapati, upma, Lunch - any rice with dal, veggie rice, Khicidi, eggs and non veg if your baby eats. snacks - finger foods,carrot, apple, banana, nuts milkshake, juices, banana, potato, puffed rice, poha, Dinner, idli, dosa, rice, mixed veg paratha, Khicidi, dal rice, rasam rice, milk rice You may be give nuts to your little one. You could also make dry fruits nut powder at home and can add to all baby foods and milk. It's healthy and tasty too. You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, You can also add nuts to fruit bowl. Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs.
