#AskTheExpert My son is 10 months old he still hasn't got his teeth plz advise

A. it is OK some kids get their teeth a little if you can wait till the age of 18 months for the first tooth to erupt in your baby's mouth

A. There is no need to worry. Some babies develop their teeth as early as 6 months and some babies wait until their first birthday to get their very first tooth. It is perfectly fine. In case your baby does not develop a single tooth by the time he turns 18 months old, then consult your doctor or a paediatric dentist.
