Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. these could be baby acne which is quite common in babies at this age. you can either apply coconut oil regularly or apply baby cetaphil lotion. depends on what suits your babys skin type. apply in a small area and see if it helps. if yes then apply all over. ideally these should go away on their own also.
