#AskTheExpert My son he is one year old always find difficulty in doing potty , potty doesn't seems to come out easily. is this because of the food habits ?? is there any solution for this ?

A. this is die ti hard stool. Constipation is common in children and to avoid this more of liquid and water along with fibrous green leafy vegetable and fruits should be given . Any laxative should be avoided in babies .
