White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which huis aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisatiofn of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it could be result of dry skin , fungal Infection , nutritional deficiencies, excess usage of oil etc so please avoid over use of cosmetics keep that area clean give Healthy diet to your child give early morning sunbath for 20 minutes a day
