Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment exceptt moisturizing lotion application for simple coconut oil applicationn and if the problem continues beyond two weeks then only you have to meet the doctor
