A. White spots are because of dry skin and fungal infection. You will have to start moisturising your child’s face on regular basis, and then the patches start fading within few months.

A. A lot of times these white spots can be associated with dryness or calcium deficiency so you can apply any good cream or lotion and also start with supplement for your child to reduce the deficiency of calcium in the body
