ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician4 months agoA. White spots are because of dry skin and fungal infection. You will have to start moisturising your child’s face on regular basis, and then the patches start fading within few months.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 months agoA. A lot of times these white spots can be associated with dryness or calcium deficiency so you can apply any good cream or lotion and also start with supplement for your child to reduce the deficiency of calcium in the body
