#asktheexpert my son has not shed his lanugo (baby hairs) all over his body yet... as we could not do his body massage properly since birth.. due to skin allergies. kindly please suggest some tried and tested remedies to get rid of those hairs.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. if his skin is sensitive do nit try ubtan scrub.. it can only damage his skin..
you can gentally rub the skin during bathing with soft cotton cloth..

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Ubtan is made from gram flour, milk, and a pinch of turmeric powder. The ingredients are finely mixed together and applied to the baby before a massage. Ubtan is a safe way of removing facial hair for babies. The milk can also be substituted with yoghurt or cream.
