ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. relax. make him read. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios toosee there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.

please decrease your child screen time and encourage for physical activity and out door games
please buy some educational toys for your child like Babyhug building blocks wooden puzzle flash cards etc
