#AskTheExpert My son has developed a white spot on one of his cheek recently, does it suggest any deficiency? He's been exclusively breastfed for 6 months and from last one week, he's consuming moong dal ka pani too. He''s been given vitamin D and iron-calcium supplements daily. Kindly suggest what to do.

Coconut oil applied to the skin is an anti-inflammatory that will encourage the growth of new pigment.
