ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. At this age it is not a good thing so make sure the child is eating a nutritious diet give him Vitamin A in diet include beetroot carrots apple in his diet and limit screen time good rest and sleep is important

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Dark circles can happen in kids and adults if the veins around the eyes get larger because they are blocked. Common illnesses and health conditions that cause nasal (nose) congestion can also temporarily lead to dark circles under the eyes in kids. These include: allergies.
