Q.

#AskTheExpert My son had 5-6 episodes of vomiting on Saturday with 1 episode of loose stool....I gave him domstal baby drop & also enterogermina tube..From Sunday morning he is ok but he had the problem of loose stool once/twice in between....and then again he vomited 2 times at night... Regarding his meals ,he is not eating anything and the quantity of milk intake has also reduced to half from his previous feeds.. plzz suggest what to do & what maybe the reason of his problem

A. Hi mom vomiting can happen for any reason in babies like hygiene reasons, indigestion, over feed or fever or if baby eats faster. Check for the reason first, and change baby diet accordingly give milk, warm water, watery rice cereal, keep baby away for solids. Give mashed potatoes, banana, if there is only vomit and no diarrhea you can give juices else It's good to Avoid. If stil it continues don't wiat please see your doctor. Take czre.
