#AskTheExpert , my son around 2 years while he passing motion it will be hard, even we are giving vamu and coconut water, no luck. can you help me on this ?

A. Start giving two prunes in the morning and make sure the child drink plenty of water during the day and eat fibre rich diet and increase his physical activities during day time
