#asktheexpert my son Arish 5 years and 11 month old is only having buffalo milk and doesn't eat any vegetables or fruits.....In school tiffin he eat only half paratha with no veg or sauce or anything else......What should I do

limit milk intaje up to 250 ml per day.
give her verity of food with diffrent taste n texture
