#AskTheExpert My son Anshit is not eating his food properly.. I tried so many tricks but he didn't like to eat... but without eating also he remains energetic... his immunity is also good

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, kids at this age usually have tender appetite but at the same time can get enough nutrients from just handful of foods. So do not force feed. If the kid is active and healthy then it’s perfectly fine
