Q.

#asktheexpert my sister has breast cancer and she given birth to a child recently.. but she has not taken any type of treatment for the cancer earlier and now also. and also she is not taking any medicines for that cancer related.. can she able to breastfeed the baby.??.. is there any problem to the baby if she breastfeed?.. is there any chance of passing cancer cells to the baby through breast milk?? please suggest us..

A. If your sister has breast cancer she cannot feed the child it’s really important also your child or sister is not taking any kind of treatment or any medication or anything so I don’t think so it would be a good idea to feed the child because women who are diagnosed with breast cancer and have kids are not advised to feed their child
