#asktheexpert how to be sure of that I am free from breast cancer.

A. So okay I would just say that a lot of women shy away from doing it because they’re scared keep taking your basic breast check up with yourself basically basically the some basic 4 to 5 steps that you follow every two or three months you should do it to check whether you have lumps or not if there is abnormal discharge from your breast if you feel sudden heavy rashes and all these things then you can take a check with your doctor because the basic symptoms so if you keep checking your breast then I don’t think so you will be able to delay anything in fact if you keep checking onto yourself you will know that you don’t have a problem mentally you will always be sorted
