Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits in a week. And you can cover different type of pulses also. Give adequate liquid like fresh fruit juice made at home, vegetable soup, water, coconut water, buttermilk based on the season.Take adequate rest. Expose to sunlight for about 15 minutes in a day.
