A. Hi mom Sometimes it can be salty. Just express some milk from that side and discard if it is salty. Then normal milk will start coming. Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby. Take care and all the best

Hello mama, my left side breast milk is salty and when I feed him the left side breast his expression is some what different this is due to salty milk.. so due to this reason I have stopped feeding him left side since from one month, why it is salty and can I breastfeed even the milk is salty. one more thing is that there are balls inside the left side breast and I have made tests 2 years back and the doctor suggested that it is normal and it is not painful and no swelling for me.
