#asktheexpert My new born daughter having continuous nose blocking during night and also she vomites the mother milk 10-15 min after the burping. Any suggestions would be great for me about digestion and the above issues.

A. hi sure first to avoid nose bloackage , i advise to keep your child head slightly elevated at sleeping time. ,you may use nasal saline drops. second , to avoid gas problem , give feeds at gap of 2 or 3 hours but ensure that you dont overfeed your baby. and try to burp your baby in between and after each feeding both.
