#asktheexpert my milk flow is very low and my baby rejects formula milk. now what is best for my baby to feed?

A. Namaste Mom, Have you prefered taking supplements etc for increasing your milk production, massage your breast , apply warm compress, include foods such as garlic, flax seeds, panjiri , milk, dry fruits , leafy vegetables, jeera, ajwain, saunf water , also oats etc can be inlcuded ,
