A. you should latch directly to breast more often. as is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements.

A. mam ,you must try different feeding positions. please don't give up easily. make skin to skin Contact while feeding your child it will definitely help in secretion of milk and to encourage your child to take more feeds. keep gap of 2 or 3 hours between two feeds.

A. Thank you for the suggestions doctor. I am actually taking shatavari since the beginning. Also, when I feed him he starts crying, as if I have make him drink a neem juice. I am going to try taking the milk through the breast feeding pump. Do u suggest it's one way to feed the baby? In case, if he is not at all taking the milk on his own

A. hi yes ,many nursing mother face this problem bit there are many ways through which she can increase her milk supply. so ,for that I would suggest to take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with cup of warm milk twice in a day. but along with that ,you must continue to offer breasfeeding because the more your child take feeds , the more milk is produced.
