#AskTheExpert My Lo is 5 months. His pee count is reduced to 4-5 after shifting to Mumbai this week. Paediatric has suggested to start giving water to avoid dehydration. Please suggest if it is okay to give water before 6 months.

A. for your 5 month old baby you have to maintain proper hydration give plenty of fluids and exclusive breastfeeding as suggested by your doctor monitor the urine output of your baby . . . .

Q. #AskTheExpert Hi sir. My ebf LO is 5 months. Last week he had diarrhoea and fever for 3 days. Fever reduced after a day and diarrhoea is still thete though the frequency have reduced from multiple to twice in a day. His pee count is merely 4 - 5.he is straining to pee with only few drops dripping. I gave probiotic powder mixed in BM. His poo was like soapy bubbles.
