Q.

#asktheexpert My little one is experiencing sleep pattern changes suddenly since last week... used to sleep at 11 pm and wake up at 8 am... with few dream feeds... but now stays awake till 3-4 am and sleeps till noon... Because of this entire feeding schedule is also disturbed.. His last nap ends at 8 30 pm

A. So Wake up your child early in the morning even if your child is sleeping at 4 AM just wake up your child by nine or 10 AM in the morning and keep your child away that way after that at least for 3 to 4 hours then you can give a child a nap for another one hour than a poke wake up your child this way if you try doing this thing that the schedule will automatically come back on its track
