Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too mucrch of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
don't use Demineralized water
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
give her supplements as directed by your doctor
