#AskTheExpert My lil one's birth weight was 3.140 kg Now she is 5kg is the weight gain good she is a very happy baby and her pee count is 15+

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. if child is not gaining proper weight you need to consult your doctor to rule out the cause and most of the time it could be because of nutritional deficiencies like nutritional anemia guuand some other factors like malabsorption any chronic disease like congenital heart disease or some chronic infection specially urine infection or worm infestation should be checked if required .
