A. Dear parent, weight of 5 kg is normal for 4 months old baby, if birth weight was 2.25 kg. Baby should gain at least 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or earlier. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete.
