A. Hi kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 -3.5 years.. so you can't say it's delayed teething.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip

A. hello not to worry about and can be delayed in most kids and by age or 3 most baby will have most of the teeth and is absolutely nothing to be worry and once baby starts teethin maintain a proper oral hygiene which is very important would be safe for the baby also
