Hello ma’am Vegetables are the best thing is that a child can easily if your child is so fond of eating vegetables then that is very very good so you can give different varieties of vegetables to your child and you can give you know sauté vegetables also to your child as it is very very healthy you can find the recipe online so try to give different variety so that your child does not get bored
