#asktheexpert my kid is now 3 yr 5 month. he is hyperactive. his height is just 89cm and weight 12kg. how can we increase it

A. dear parent, for overall growth of your 3 years 5 months old child, give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets - 3 to 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food
