Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi sir , height mostly determined by genetics. so , please don't take much stress for this. give different lentils , legumes , dairy products ,nuts etc in your child diet. Encourage your child to do more physical activities like cycling, stretching, jumping etc
